Overview
I worked with internationally recognised ceramic artist Halima Cassell from 2018 to 2025, providing ongoing digital marketing and creative support across multiple areas of her business.
What began as project support evolved into a long-term partnership, spanning social media growth, website content, design work, online shop support, paid campaigns, and digital administration.
The goal was not simply to “do social media”, but to help strengthen the artist’s online presence, support sales, improve systems, and grow visibility for her work internationally.
The Challenge

Grew Instagram from approximately 100 followers to over 35,000 followers
Generated 201,766 content views over a 90-day period
Reached 47,157 accounts in 90 days, up 33.4%
Increased profile activity by 50.9%
Increased external link taps by 78.6%
Delivered 2,083 new followers in a 90-day period
Achieved 24,799 accounts reached in a 30-day period
Drove 30,435 views in a 30-day period with reach increasing 100.6%
The Approach
This was a long-term growth project built through consistency, not quick wins.
Through strategic content, ongoing optimisation, website support and regular digital upkeep, the online presence became a stronger platform for visibility, audience growth and commercial support.
Just as importantly, the relationship lasted seven years, which reflects the trust built through delivering ongoing value over time.
